As long as you have the ceiling height, the ZipZag ride is very attractive to our customers and also to JumpYard, as we maximise profits by fully utilising existing space with a very popular and high revenue-generating attraction. Every building configuration is different but the team at ZipZag have always worked with us to design the rides to the different heights and environments and post-sale to improve rides further where we spot the opportunity to do so.

Your ZipZag journey
Your ride will be designed by Chartered Engineers and installed by our professional team.
Not only this but your ride will have safety features which come as standard
Concept
We work closely with you to understand your vision and create a bespoke best-in-class concept unique to your facility. Our teams will work with you to check we have all the necessary information to provide you with a ride design that fits your space, meets your budget, and leaves you with no hidden surprises.
Design
Once a contract is in place, we will start work on the detailed design of your ride. You will be allocated a Project Manager who will work with you to ensure that a detailed project plan is put in place and that timescales are adhered to.
Manufacture
The final detailed design is signed off. After full co-ordination with all your other suppliers and any other existing site consultants you may have retained, your ride is now ready for manufacture. All major components are manufactured in the United Kingdom.
Installation
Your ride will be shipped from the UK, and on arrival at your site we will commence installation. The installation process will typically take between 1 and 4 weeks.
Handover & Training
When the installation is complete we will go through a detailed handover with you and we will also provide your team with ride familiarisation training.
After-sales Care
We strongly recommend all clients to purchase an annual maintenance visit from us which will extend your standard 12-month warranty to 36 months. Maintenance visits typically consist of the provision of new ride trolleys, thorough checks of the ride, and servicing of the key components and safety features.
